About Enrich Education

We partner with families and schools to strengthen student learning, confidence and achievement. Our support includes study skills, reading and writing support, educational screenings, teacher professional development and targeted after-school academic programmes.

Together, we bring over 40 years of experience teaching high school English. Through our work in classrooms and with families, we’ve seen first-hand how many students are finding reading, writing and organisation increasingly challenging. This often impacts both learning and confidence.

At Enrich, we deliver structured, evidence-based reading and writing programmes that are engaging, practical and adaptable across different school contexts. We also support students with underlying learning differences, those who need help developing effective study habits, and parents who are navigating the complexities of schooling and assessment.

Our goal is simple: to help students feel more confident, capable and supported in their learning at school and beyond.

Who are we?

Managing Director

Alice Hamilton

Alice is a New Zealand trained and registered teacher with 18 years experience in independent Auckland schools. She spent 10 years at Saint Kentigern College, Pakuranga, specialising in supporting struggling students in English while working in two pastoral care roles from Year 7-13. At ACG Strathallan, she worked for two years as Assistant Principal with a pastoral care and student wellbeing portfolio before moving to head up the King's College Learning Centre, working with academically at-risk students. Here, she has spent her time working with school refusers, a range of neurodiverse students and students who struggle academically. She is passionate about inclusive learning and supporting students to feel positive about their school experience and gain confidence in their academic progress.

In 2024, Alice travelled to Dubai to train in the delivery of UK structured literacy interventions. She has a degree in Sociology and English Literature from Auckland University, a graduate diploma in secondary teaching, as well as a post-graduate diploma in Educational Leadership.
