About Enrich Education

In our 40 years of teaching high school, we’ve seen reading, writing, and maths skills drop to worrying levels. Old ways of teaching just don’t work for every student, and too many kids are falling behind. Anxiety levels and school refusal are at an all time high and so many parents are at a loss as to how to help their child.

At Enrich, we’ve created a reading and writing programme that’s fun and well-organised. We want learning to be enjoyable and easy to understand for all kinds of students and schools.

Whether you’re a parent wanting to help your child feel more confident with reading and writing, or a teacher looking for clear ways to teach literacy, we’re here to help.

Our programme helps students build strong skills, and it also gives teachers useful tips and tools to bring structured reading and writing into everyday lessons, making a real difference in every subject.

Who are we?

Managing Director

Alice Hamilton

Alice is a New Zealand trained teacher with 18 years experience in independent Auckland schools. Her area of expertise is in pastoral care and she has most recently headed up a learning centre for academically at-risk students. Alice has been trained in the delivery of structured literacy interventions and has a degree in Sociology and English Literature from Auckland University, as well as a post-graduate diploma in Educational Leadership. She is a qualified and registered Secondary School teacher.
